I started working with Morgan to manage my hip issues. 4 weeks later... what hip pain?! I can do full squats with good form and without wincing! I appreciate that Morgan takes the time to explain the what's, how's, and why's. It helps to understand what I'm doing right or wrong, how to correct if needed, and what to aim for. I've only been training with Morgan for 4 months and I'm already seeing and feeling results. I've been a recreational half marathon runner for many years, and muscle soreness and fatigue was the norm for any run above 7 miles. This past weekend, I was able to whip out 9 miles BEFORE a full day of skiing with NO soreness, pain, or injury. I felt stronger than ever. Morgan has been such a motivating, supportive, accountable, knowledgeable, and empathetic coach. 100/10 would recommend her to anyone looking to slay their fitness goals in 2025!

About
Nice to meet you! I’m Morgan, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer in San Francisco.
I moved to SF to pursue a career in software but I found that my heart was in fitness the whole time.
I grew up playing soccer and running cross country but was convinced that I was unable to build muscle. I kept finding myself gravitating back to cardio-based workouts where I felt most comfortable. After shifting my philosophy towards resistance training and directing my energy toward fueling properly, I finally saw results. Movement has been an empowering constant in my life, though the way that I move is constantly changing. I hope to help you find your groove in the gym, and to fall in love with movement in a way that is fulfilling for you.
